Carl Franco is the founding and senior pastor of WellSpring Community Church. WellSpring has three leadership bodies: the Ministry Team, Finance Team and Elders Team.
The Ministry Team oversees daily operations and functions of the church. WellSpring’s Ministry Team includes:
