Carl is the founding and lead pastor of WellSpring Community Church. He is a graduate of Rhema Bible College and the University of Cincinnati where he holds degrees in biblical studies and business administration. Prior to launching WellSpring, he spent four years as a student ministries pastor and five years as an executive pastor at another church.
Carl was born in New York City and raised in New Jersey. Cincinnati has been his home for the last two-and-a-half decades. He and his wife Jeannine have two children, Dominic and Marissa.
Carl's hobbies include running, gourmet cooking, jazz music, wine collecting and boating.
