Crossover

As kids in 5th and 6th grade move out of the Kids Quest program but are not quite ready for the junior high experience, the “tweens” have a great home at CrossOver.

What to Expect

CrossOver occurs during both regular Sunday services in our Student Activity Center adjacent to the Worship Center.

A typical service looks like this:

• 15 minutes of free time to hang out and socialize
• 10 minutes of an organized activity
• 25 minutes of large group presentation
• 20 minutes of small group time

Throughout the year, the large group curriculum will be based on 3-4 week series generally related to challenges that all tween-agers face. From family and friend relationships to how to worship God to God’s grace, we explore these topics in an open forum, encouraging dialogue in both the large and small group environments.

Partnering with Parents

An email is sent out to parents with each new series that explains the topic being covered and provides take-home questions for follow-up.
