Community Care Ministry
Connecting people who need care with people
who do care.
God created us to live in community. That includes sharing each other’s burdens and supporting each other during challenging times.
The Community Care Ministry provides care for WellSpring families who are going through a crisis, such as the death of a loved one, a surgery, or a sudden or long-term illness. We also come alongside those who are experiencing circumstances that make it difficult for them to function normally, such as after the birth of a baby or a job loss.
We have a small team of trained caregivers who will serve as the point person to someone in need, and a whole army of volunteers behind them, ready to provide for the diverse needs that may arise.
How It Works:
- If you are in need of assistance, fill out the Get Help form or contact us.
- A compassionate member of the Community Care Team will contact you to learn more about your situation and help identify your needs.
- This person will coordinate the care and services that you require, and will also follow up with you to ensure your family’s needs were met and reassess your short-term and long-term needs.

Counseling
Personal Financial Counseling
As part of WellSpring’s Good $ense Ministry, our trained counselors can provide support and encouragement as they help you to change lifetime financial habits by building a relationship of trust and understanding. We can help you establish a budget, create a workable debt reduction plan or plan for your future. Arrangements are personalized and confidential. There is no fee, and never any obligation to continue. Contact Greg Sargent to schedule an initial appointment.
Counseling is typically provided for four to six months.
General Counseling Services
WellSpring provides a confidential and supportive Christian environment for you to discuss your problems and concerns. Our pastors can provide Christian counseling to individuals, couples or families who need assistance understanding themselves and their reactions, and who need help to move forward in their lives. Contact Susan Bell to discuss your needs.
