What is the history of the church?

WellSpring was founded in 1992 when Carl and Jeannine Franco, along with eight others, opened the doors of a rented storefront in West Chester and invited the community to experience a new kind of church. We purchased the Bethany Road property, our current location, in 1997, converting a horse barn into our Children’s Center and a house into church offices. Sunday services were held at the Lakota Freshman School until 2001, when our Worship Center was constructed. This allowed us to bring all of our ministries onto our campus. The Student Activity Center was added in 2003 to provide more space for classes and conferences.  Read  the complete history.
